Please keep in mind that we don’t accept tracks which have already been released with other distributors, or that contain samples or material that may violate rights of other parties.

First, you need to create an account, verify your identity (personal or company information), contact data, provide your payment details and then sign an e-contract with Broma 16. This is important in order to formalize our partnership, clarify rights and ensure your music is delivered and monetized properly.

Once your profile is approved by our team, you can upload your release — including audio, artwork, and metadata. After submission, we deliver it to major streaming platforms. Royalties reports and payments are done quarterly based on your streaming statistics and according to the terms of your contract, subject to minimum payable amount.

To register, please proceed to sign up, create your account and submit it for our approval: verify your personal or company information and contact data, upload a valid proof of personal ID or company registration and tax residence certificate, and add your payment details. Our team will review your request, so you can proceed to sign an e-contract with Broma 16 and upload your music.

If you apply as an individual, you’ll need to provide a valid ID (passport, national ID card or driver’s license), proof of your residency address, and your bank details for payments.

If you apply as a company, you’ll need to provide company registration and tax residence certificate, your personal details and your bank details for payments.
